The project
What we did.
We expanded the house with a 500 sq ft addition on a new foundation, removed walls for an open plan, rewired from knob-and-tube, re-piped in copper, replaced the sewer line, and added HVAC, a roof, windows and a sliding door. It finishes with a custom kitchen, a new master bath and a gold-and-marble powder room.
Excavation, a new foundation and new framing tied seamlessly into the existing house.
Reconfigured layout and wall removal for flow and natural light.
Full electrical rewire from knob-and-tube, copper plumbing, a new cast-iron sewer replacement and a new HVAC system.
Custom-built cabinetry, full-slab countertops and new skylights.
A new master bathroom with high-end finishes, and a powder room with a wall-mounted faucet.
Energy-efficient windows, a new sliding glass door and a new roof, all built to current code.
