The project
What we did.
A complete renovation from the ceilings to the floors, inside and out: vaulted ceilings with new skylights, sculpted rounded walls, an open-concept kitchen with two islands, a master bath with a sauna, new hardwood throughout, smart-glass office doors, a new HVAC system and solar.
Raised the ceilings and added skylights so natural light pours through the main living spaces.
Curved partition walls soften the plan and give the house its own architectural character.
Walls came down for a modern layout with two large islands, sleek cabinetry, quartz countertops and new appliances.
A soaking tub, a large walk-in shower and a sauna, plus four more fully redesigned bathrooms.
New hardwood floors across the whole house tie every room together.
Office doors switch from clear to frosted at a tap for instant privacy.
A new energy-efficient HVAC system and a new solar panel system.
